Spent Grain Flour: made from “spent grains” – the by-product of the brewing process. The spent grains we source are picked up way early in the brewing process before any flavourings, hops, or fermentation takes place. This Spent Grain is a by-product that has high fibre, protein and is just delicious with it’s malty flavour. Because it's such a new and unique product, we're offering a session to chat with us to learn all about this flour, where it comes from and how you can use it in everyday cooking or in more complex baking.
