Ingredients

Saving Grains Good Atta 50 gms

Ghee 30 gms

Jaggery 50 gms

Sugar 50 gms

Water 100 ml

Cashewnut 5 gms

Preparation

1. Heat the ghee in a pan. Toast cashew nuts and set aside.

2. To the same ghee, add the flour and roast on low until it starts to release ghee.

3. Simultaneously, bring sugar, jaggery and water to a boil. Reduce to low and simmer while the flour roasts.

4. Once the flour is ready, bring the sugar syrup to a quick boil. As soon as you see bubbles, switch off heat. 

5. Add the sugar syrup to the flour mix in a steady stream. Mix continuously. 

6. Stir until the mixture is thick and starts releasing from the pan.


Tip: Sieve the flour before using for a smoother texture
